The Matrix F was the first, US Made Fiber Optic FPV Drone. Designed and delivered for the Marine Corps Attack Drone Team, and later featured on multiple US Department of War Programs, the Matrix F is the most robust, reliable, and secure Matrix Series Available.
The Matrix F comes in all shapes and sizes. Created in partnership with L3 Harris, the Matrix F features L3 Harris Media Converters and Fiber that are completely customizable, able to be stretched to lengths over 80km and shrunk down to the size of a frisbee. The secret is US Made Fiber Optic cable wound into packs, pot into shells, and terminated to the end-connector of your choice that routinely weighs 20% the weight of foreign fiber optic packs, allowing smaller, cheaper platforms like the RRSL-7 (pictured above) to carry 30km+ of interference proof communications.
